Description     

We expertly delivered our CE Certified self-levelling, liquid floor screed to this absolutely gorgeous new build in the stunning village of Fenagh Co Carlow.  The delivery was completed using our fleet of mobile screed factories, which enabled our EPD-certified Alpha Hemihydrate flooring solution to be installed quickly and efficiently over UFH completing the flooring solution for the entire project.

The floor solution of self-levelling liquid screed is remarkably quick to walk on – can be applied at 500m² per day, and is walkable within 6 hours thus ensuring the follow-on trades were not delayed. It’s particularly suitable for use with UFH, fully encapsulating pipes and services, providing excellent heat transfer – and with thinner floors and using more insulation – increasing the performance of the underfloor heating.

Description:       

We expertly delivered our CE Marked, EPD Certified floor screed to this beautiful new-build located in Durrow, Co Laois. The 260 m2 delivery, completed using one truck of our fleet of mobile screed factories, enabled our EPD certified Alpha Hemihydrate flooring solution to be installed quickly and efficiently over UFH completing the flooring solution for the entire project.

The floor solution of self-levelling liquid screed is remarkably quick to walk-on – can be applied at 500m² per day and is walkable within 6 hours thus ensuring the follow-on trades were not delayed. It’s particularly suitable for use with UFH, fully encapsulating pipes and services, providing excellent heat transfer – and with thinner floors and using more insulation – increasing the performance of the underfloor heating.

Our floor screed delivery was accurately executed by our state-of-the-art Mobile Screed Factory.  The Fast Floor Screed Mobile Screed Factory carries our Sudanit 280 Alpha Hemihydrate binder, CE Marked sand & aggregates, and water in separate compartments.

The automatic production process ensures materials are precisely weighed, fed to the mixing bin, and into the pump for easy, mess-free installation. This ensures the Mobile Screed Factory produces Sudanit 280 Alpha Hemihydrate floor screed to consistently superior quality.
