Description: We expertly delivered our CE and EPD Certified floor screed to the new development of Johnson & Perrott Motor Group 30,000q/ft showroom in Bishopstown, Co Cork. Construction was by principal contractor – Summerhill Construction. Showroom owners, state, “03 September 2018: Johnson & Perrott Motor Group is celebrating the launch of its luxurious new 30,000q/ft showroom in Bishopstown, Co Cork. The new showroom is the ultimate reflection of the Jaguar Land Rover ethos, offering customers a truly premium sales and ownership experience. Over the last number of months, the Johnson & Perrott showroom has been transformed into a landmark building in the local community with a warm, refined and eye-catching design, featuring free wi-fi, a coffee bar, and a relaxed lounge-style waiting area. Johnson & Perrott customers are now treated to a 14 vehicle showroom showcasing both the Jaguar and Land Rover range. What’s more, there are extra parking spaces and longer opening hours compared with the old site, as well as a thoroughly modern and luxurious design developed with the help of local architecture firm: Tom Hegarty Architects”. The automated efficient flowing screed delivery over extensive UFH was completed using our mobile screed factory, which enables us to install Alpha Hemihydrate flooring solution quickly and consistently over the entire project. The floor solution of self-levelling liquid screed is remarkably quick to walk-on – applied at 500m² per day and walkable within in 6 hours thus ensuring the follow-on trades were not delayed. It’s particularly suitable for use with UFH, fully encapsulating pipes and services, providing excellent heat transfer – and with thinner floors and more insulation – thus increases the performance of the underfloor heating. Our floor screed delivery was expertly executed by our ate-of-the-art Mobile Screed Factories. The automatic production process ensures materials are precisely weighed, fed to the mixing bin and into the pump for easy, mess-free installation. Our unique bespoke re-load hydraulic screw for sand & aggregates ensures excellent daily output is achieved. Plus, for convenience, there are a number of pre-programmed mix designs to choose from delivering screed floors from C20 to C35. Did you know…?
