We expertly delivered 750 m2 of our UFH CE Marked, EPD Certified self-leveling liquid floor screedbonded with electric underfloor heating on behalf of Ben Donnelly Groundworks in Matthews Frozen Foods in Ashbourne, Co Meath. Without mess, fuss, and waste…we had the job completed by 2 pm just what a contractor likes to hear!
The delivery, completed by 2 pm that day using our mobile screed factories, enabled our EPD-certified Alpha Hemihydrate flooring solution to be installed quickly and efficiently over UFH completing the professional flooring solution for the entire project.
The floor solution of self-levelling liquid screed is speedy to walk on – can be applied at 500m² per day, and is dry to ensure the follow-on trades were not delayed. It’s particularly suitable for use with UFH, fully encapsulating pipes and services, providing excellent heat transfer – and with thinner floors and using more insulation – increasing the performance of the underfloor heating.
