Description: We expertly delivered our CE and EPD Certified floor screed to the new development of semi-detached homes built by JC Brenco in Castleoaks in Carlow. JC Brenco tell us, “ Castleoaks is a long established residential development on the Dublin Road, on the edge of Carlow Town. In 2015, JC Brenco Ltd. obtained 10 acres of the remaining land at this development. In recent months, JC Brenco Ltd. has obtained planning permission, for a large scale residential development. The development will comprise of 108 “A” Rated homes, incorporating a mix of 3 bedroom semi detached, 4 bedroom semi detached, 4 bedroom terrace and 4 bedroom detached homes.
