In April 2015 we revolutionised the installation of flowing CE certified Sudanit 280 Alpha Hemihydrate Screed with our innovative Mobile Screed Factory. This state-of-the-art machinery is a fully automated, mobile, computerised batching system – custom built by Bremat in the Netherlands, specially for Fast Floor Screed. The machine is mounted on a ridged truck, making it easily manoeuvrable for site or on-street setup.
Camán to Croker was held on 6th April 2013 in Dublin’s Croke Park. 48 teams (720 girls) from all over Ireland where picked from 100’s of entries to play a camogie blitz in Croke Park on the day. One of the teams picked was Cappagh U12’s Camogie team. They played against 3 other teams on the day and had a tour of Croke Park. Fast Floor Screed Ltd, from Cappagh, Enfield, have had the honour of sponsoring Cappagh’s U12’s Camogie team and furnishing the same with a bright new team strip.
The team had a fantastic and memorable day.

Together with our partners Smet Building Products Ltd and Kilsaran Silomix, we completed work on this extensive 50,000.00 m² project. After months of preparation and technical meetings with main contractor BAM Building and German based architect KZA, the second phase of delivery commenced with application of 1,500.00 m² of C40 Alpha Hemi Hydrate Screed, produced by Kilsaran using industry leading SHG Sudanit 280 Binder and Smet’s unrivalled support . Supplied to site in in Silo Mixing Stations, the screed was applied at 60mm in order to achieve a SR1 requirement.
